The brief
The category defaults to a gallery, a serif and an invitation to enquire. LAX were paying to reach an audience the platforms could find perfectly well, then losing them in the gap between the advertisement and the advisor.
The work was to close that gap: give a serious buyer something worth their attention before anyone asks them for a call, and give the sales team a reason to know who is worth calling back.
What we ran
Three campaign lines, not three creative refreshes.
Each line opens a different door — a market observation, a self-assessment, a portfolio diagnostic — and each lands somewhere that does a job. Running them concurrently means the account learns which door a given audience walks through rather than which image tested best.
Owned tools instead of borrowed forms.
A readiness quiz, a concentration scoring tool and a quarterly briefing. All three produce something the prospect wants to keep, and all three produce a qualified record on the way through. The scoring is the lead capture; there is no separate ask.
The content team, run day to day.
We manage the people producing the work, not just the work. Briefs, schedule, review and the reporting line back to acquisition cost sit with us, which is why the number is ours to answer for.
Artist report
Prospecting. A specific artist and a specific price trajectory, because a number is the only thing in this category that stops a scroll.

Readiness quiz
The self-assessment line. The question is aimed at someone who already suspects the answer.

Portfolio diagnostics
The analytical line, pointed at concentration risk rather than at art. It recruits people who would never click an art advertisement.

Where the traffic lands
Three destinations, built and run by us. Each returns something the prospect keeps and something the sales team can act on — the scoring tool hands over a report and a booked call in the same step.
